Yep, NEET

I kind of gave up looking for a job at the start of the second week. Part of me is disappointed in myself because the money would help, but I'm strangely happy with all this free time. I've worked through the majority of games that I wanted to play before and financially I should be okay if I hold back on figures and games. Unless, of course, my classes next semester decide to rape my anus with textbooks.

NEET?

Well, school's finally over until September. I decided to only get one of the three possible certifications I mentioned in my last post. Mainly because one of them costs an absurd amount of money because it involves 3 exams and they charge in USD. I passed the exam for the certification that I wanted with flying colors and I feel stupid with how much I was worried about it.

Surprisingly Okay

I did alright on my mid-term exams, so I have a nice buffer in case my brain gets DDOS'd during the finals. There's only one class I'm a bit worried about. I thought I understood the material, but this particular teacher had a reputation for hard exams. I just didn't think it would be that bad. I'll just have to spend more time on that course when finals come around, I guess.

Can't get flatter than nothing

While eating lunch with some classmates, one of them asked me what my hobbies were. I answered DotA and anime on reflex, but after thinking about it I realized that I barely do either of them anymore. I don't watch much streams, I watch one or two shows per season, and I don't exactly study like crazy, so it made me wonder why I always felt like I had little or no free time.

Monopoly Money

Well, first semester is finally over and I actually did better than I thought. I ended up with a 3.8 GPA. I kinda got fucked on one of my finals because the majority of the questions was asking about transfer speeds and the number of pins something had. I literally took a shot in the dark for all of those questions. The highest mark for that final was a 62% and I ended up getting a 42%. I have the same professor for another class this semester and he's probably going to do the same shit.
